hey i was wondering if any of you might know wat is damon’s age supposed to be. cause they are always saying “isn’t he a little old?” so it is just bugging me wat his human age is in the show?
pretty sure damon stopped aging a few years older than stefan. and stefan is about 17 so i would think damon is around the twenties.
will i like the show lil bit twistin’ events but a big part ov it at the beginin’ was just like Twillight.

the first vamp diaries book is really similar to twilight too. like new kid at school, the guy vamp cant resist the human girl but then gives in and they get together then they go through a rough patch. but i the vampire diaries first book was written in 1991 before twilight which was written in 2005.

if u read the books (which are a LOT different than the tv shows ) you get a lot more info on people, like in the books, tylers supposed to be something along the lines of a werewolf. and they talk about other vampires and stuff too.
thats so true. i like the storyline in the books better. all the stuff with jenna, jeremy, vicki and logan are really random. its so weird. and all the characters look so different from how they are described in the books.
I KNOW Elena was supposed to be blonde! which that totally killed the whole thing in the book..but watever I still love this show!

isnt there some sort of marathon event december 14th for america showing all episodes to date? i would have thought it would then mean they plan to air the next one within a couple of weeks after. thats what they do in the uk anyway, so get everyone up to speed before the next episode

l.j. smith has a booklist somewhere on the internet (can’t remember the name) that has all her books on it. there are 5 vampire diaries books already out and two more expected books for 2010-2011
